Written and recorded during a creative retreat in Mont-Tremblant with friends, Michael's latest body of work finally took shape after his move to Los Angeles. Following a much needed step back from his own music to spend some time writing and producing tracks for other artists, inspiration hit him like a tidal wave and he got back in the studio with a clear mind and fresh ideas to finish what he had started. Closing the mixtape is an outro recorded in LA shortly after his move out west, marking the ending of Venus, but also of an important chapter in the life of the Montreal artist. With his mixtape, the young creative continues to make bold choices, showcasing the evolution of his sound and thus making his mark.
